Pumpkin Cutie, inspired by Susan Claudino, Froot loop's pattern.

Added stems, and tendrils to him, I also changed my arms and feet to be more rounded , like a pumpkin!
Duplicate stitched the triangles on for his eyes, and a french knot for highlights.

DOBBY by CHIWALUV

 NEW Dobby  Crochet

I have written my own pattern for the little Dobby creature from the famous Harry Potter series.

The first two photos are crocheted with Red Heart Super Saver yarn, and a size F crochet hook, the pillow case Dobby wears is hand knit as well as his sock!  He is approximately 13 inches standing.

The third and fourth photos down are crocheted with DK yarn and a size D crochet hook, he also has a hand knitted pillow case and sock. He is approximately 9-1/2 inches standing.

 Fun to see what different size hooks and yarn will accomplish making the same pattern.


This is an exclusive pattern and will not be for sale, however I will occasionally  make these dolls  and post them for sale,

Loopy Stitch

 Learning the knit loop stitch , has been a fun new thing for me, this is a Vintage pattern of a little Poodle, I have seen sheep also made using this stitch. Rather easy and fun to do, once you catch onto it....the little flower in her hair, is made on a flower loom, (I make these little flowers to put in my Grooming customers dogs hair, they really love them! Yep I am a professional dog/pet groomer by day, and avid knitter /crochet junkie by evening!  )

Fun little fuzzy , quick knit, great scrap yarn project.  Buns are brushed with a slicker brush to get that cute little fuzzy effect. Instructions in pattern on how to do this.

Season Fairies

Four Magical Season Fairies to hand knit approximately 6 -1/2 to 7  inches tall, for someone special. Little girls as well as big girls love Fairies. Pattern available soon at my Etsy and Ravelry shops.

Autumn

Lovers of fairies are spoiled for choice come the Fall - autumn fairies come in glorious shades of autumnal red and gold, bedecked in nature's splendor.

From the elementals and nature spirits, to mischievous pixies and regal elves, fairies come in all shapes and sizes. They are closely connected to the natural world, and love beauty, so autumn is a special time for fairies. Leaves are turning gold and falling to the ground, and the earth is preparing for winter. Look closely among the fallen leaves and you might spot an autumn fairy or two!

Spring

After the long winter, flowers are re-born
and the meadows thrill to the tune of birth

Summer

The best times of the day to see a Summer fairy are at twilight, midnight, just before sunrise, and midday. And the best time of the year to see a summer fairy is on Midsummer's eve, as this is the most magical time for all fairies. Known as Flower Fairies they love music and dancing, and hold many balls and parties throughout the summer months , but on this special night they throw the most wonderful party of all, and every fairy in Flower Fairyland is invited! Fairies don't like to be discovered, and are very good at disappearing quickly (with the help of their magical fairy dust), so you must be very careful and very patient if you are to see one.

Winter

Snow fairies are spectacular and powerful. And artistic. Who else could create millions of different snowflake designs and never (well hardly ever) repeat one? And their job is not as easy as it may seem. For they must always work within the laws of nature and cooperate with the weather conditions that nature has set into motion. This can become very, very complicated, but they are very talented and find joy in their work!

Here are some beautiful little African Violets , I have hand knitted as Mother's day Gifts.

Shrek baby

 Weekend visit with the Grandkids watching Shrek Movies , left me inspired to make this little green knitted Shrek baby..

Complete with her pink di-di, and bow in her hair....
She is about 9-10 inches tall standing, Soft and cuddley, now I have to make one for all the Granddaughters, as they have squealed about her , and want one!   ha ha   (of course the grandson wants a boy one! )

 I ordered a pkg of 12 mm eyes, and ended up with several of these, red and pink eyes, which reminded me of a pet white rabbit I had as a child, so I was inspired to knit this little Bunny.

I have made her tail into a fluffy pom-pom! And added little wool crochet flower applique's.

Mia knit doll

 Mia, all hand knit doll from the book Huggable Friends 1.

I just love the colors in this doll, blues, rose, dk purple, and turquoise , simple to knit up, I finished her in two days.

The doll is made with stockinette stitch,garter stitch, seed stitch, and moss stitch.

I am thinking of making a smaller version of this doll, this one is about 18 inches tall. I would like about a 10 inch doll version, using less yarn, and knitting up even quicker....

What do you think?

New Knit doll patterns, A cheerful little Cheerleader and a Football player, both dolls are about 8-9 inches tall when completed with a Size 3 knitting needle and Dk yarn.

I thought these would be great gifts for Pre-Teens to adults , who really want to show their team spirit for their school or favorite pro team!
