Having Right Shoulder Rotar Cuff Surgery

I am having Rotar cuff Surgery on my Right shoulder tomorrow Feb 26th 2015, I have injured it working as a Pet Groomer for over 20+ years. Unfortunately  repetition in any form , wears the body out. If you would like to know more about this type of surgery and injury , click on the link below.
I will be in an arm brace for 6-7 weeks after surgery, and PT for 4-5 months.
